Our Story

Trac began as our software engineering capstone at McMaster University (originally MacTransit). It grew out of a simple, stubborn problem we heard and felt year after year: people on campus didn’t know where the shuttle was. We decided to continue developing and improving our project as a service to bring our product into our community's hands.

Our Mission

To answer the age-old question: where is the bus? We want to make taking the shuttle bus as predictable and transparent for everyone as possible. Trac gives riders clear ETAs, drivers low-effort controls, and administrators the visibility they need to keep service dependable.
